Iesha Chaney, Co-founder
Iesha Chaney is an entrepreneur and community‑focused professional dedicated to growth, empowerment, and purpose‑driven leadership. With a passion for helping individuals and organizations elevate their potential, she brings a grounded, people‑centered approach to every project she leads.
Being the eldest child, she was raised by a single mother and grandmother that instilled family and community values. Rooted in Las Vegas, Nevada she aimed to advocate for a healthier and supported community. Not realizing it at the time, her start to philanthropy would begin at Smart Start Child Care Center, where she would be a teachers aide creating positive impacts and assisting with the Smart Start Food Program.
During 2012 Iesha made the decision to go back to school and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Criminal Justice. Completing this goal led her to also achieve a Master’s Degree in Psychology. During this time, a conversation sparked an idea that became F.A.I.T.H. Behavioral Services and Wellness Center becoming a reality in 2017. Iesha is the co-founder and COO of F.A.I.T.H. Being certified as a Qualified Mental Health Associate and a Peer Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor allowed Iesha to organize a business alongside her mother. Providing resources to uplift their community by offering life skills training, employment training and opportunities, financial education, PTSD counseling, wellness and recovery coaching, peer support, and services from F.A.I.T.H. 's Food Program and Nonemergency Medical Transportation.
Established in 2023, Iesha and her partner founded INK Elevated LLC, a company created to inspire elevation through creativity, strategy, and intentional development. Through INK Elevated LLC, she focuses on building meaningful connections, fostering self‑expression, and supporting initiatives that encourage personal and professional advancement.
Known for her resilience, work ethic, and commitment to excellence, Iesha continues to expand her impact by aligning business, creativity, and service. Her work reflects a belief in growth, accountability, and the power of intentional elevation—both individually and collectively.
June 19, 2023 marked the beginning of F.A.I.T.H. ‘s Juneteenth Freedom Festival which not only gives the community a day to celebrate freedom with live music, local performers, and food but allows other community service providers to provide information and offer their services. In 2025 Iesha’s work was not unnoticed and was chosen to be an Honorary Philanthropist. Today with a staff of 30+ covering multiple states she continues to move forward, unfortunately without her mother and business partner. Taking the knowledge she’s gained from her grandparents James and Willia Mae Chaney and mother Brenda Chaney she has become an entrepreneur giving life to other business ventures.
